Please note that this paragraph only relates to our sharing of information with third parties chosen by us for the express purpose of the third party marketing their own products and services to you.  It does not apply to information that may be collected or shared through automated means for  behavioral tracking or online interest-based advertising purposes, which is covered separately below.

Application of Various State Privacy Laws
Based on our current business operations, we believe in good faith that we are not subject to the defined scope of most state privacy laws such as the California Consumer Privacy Act (“CCPA”). Virginia Consumer Data Protection Act (“VCDPA”), the Colorado Privacy Act (“CPA”), or the Connecticut Data Privacy Act (“CDPA”), and therefore the specific rights and obligations identified in these laws do not currently apply to us or to our Website.  However, we also recognize that privacy laws continue to evolve rapidly so, if we determine in the future that such laws are applicable to our Website, we will update this policy accordingly.
