I read most of Mo’s book on a plane and hotel over the past week. As a former partner of Mo’s at Hewitt, I have witnessed firsthand Mo’s development and implementation of the Snowball System with his clients and team mates. I have poured through his exhaustive research and methodology years ago when it was in it’s infancy and found it to be extremely well-researched and practical. Anyone who serves clients needs to read and apply these learnings in their work and potentially even their life. Great work, Mo!
