While many of the basic principles are things I already do in external BD (although not always as purposefully as discussed in the course), my biggest revelation was thinking about how I could apply these same concepts to internal leadership and management of my staff as my role evolves over the next few years. The HBDI Index is great tool to evaluate differences in communication; I cannot wait to apply what I learned.
