They help you feel like you’re taming the beast that is the BD paradox (the fear that more work only makes you more busy), and they lay the groundwork for what will become your system for success. Anyone who picks up this book will have already used a system to master their craft – why not do the same for BD? I’ve been implementing Mo’s suggestions for only a few weeks now, and have already won a job, with promising meetings set for two other potential projects. All this to be said: it works!
