This book contains so much great behavioral science information backing how to build relationships the right way for business development. I normally cannot finish business books. I start them with good intentions, but rarely finish them. This book I read from cover to cover. It is an easy read, with lots of interesting information that can be applied immediately to help improve my BD skills. The book focuses on the importance of habits, implementing a system for to help drive growth and build momentum for my business over the long run. It’s a book for everyone who needs to grow their business including accountants, consultants, lawyers, entrepreneurs; basically any professional who hates the word ‘sales’, but who still needs to learn a good system for ‘selling’ in order to succeed in their jobs.
