Still not quite through the whole book, but concentrating on Creating Monentum in Teams (chapter 10). As a practice and team leader preparing for an upcoming team strategic planning meeting next month, the ideas and, more importantly to me, the process of getting our team all rowing in the same direction, in synchronization, is so timely!
