Working in a relationship business, I think it is important how to effectively and efficiently leverage relationships. This course provided me the tools to do just that. Some of my favorites were the Gravitas Model, the What Do You Do? Exercise, and the Protemoi Lists. The Gravitas questions were effective to navigate communication. The What Do You Do? was helpful in generating interest. And, the Protemoi List taught me to systematically focus on potential clients. Everything was incredibly helpful!
