We’re hosting our first conference!

 

It’ll be oriented around our new book, Give to Grow, and we’re calling the conference Give to Grow Live.

 

What the event will give you

September 17 Agenda

9 AM TO NOON

  • Mo will lead an interactive plenary Give to Grow training focusing on insights and application.

NOON TO 1 PM

  • We’ll orchestrate a community-building lunch based on topics you want to explore with others.

1 PM TO 5 PM

  • Mo will lead fireside chats with elite Top Performers across several industries, teaching you how the very best leverage a Give to Grow mindset. The Top Performers are amazing! Here’s the line up:

5 PM TO 10 PM

  • Book launch party!, including more facilitated introductions, cocktails and hors d’oeuvres, and tons to celebrate! This will include a large number of other invite-only attendees, but your admission to Give to Grow Live will get you into the party.

September 18 Agenda (BONUS: It’s Mo’s Birthday!)

8:30 AM TO 12 PM

  • Mo will lead a prioritization exercise to help you define the most important people you want to meet and specifically how you can meet or deepen the relationship with them by giving away one of your 60 copies of Give to Grow you get as a part of the program.
  • Mo and the BIG Team will lead small group brainstorming and sharing to foster new and creative strategies to deepen relationships both inside and outside your organization.
  • Mo and Global productivity expert Cyril Peupion will lead you to finalize your plan to incorporate all you’ve learned to take your relationships, book of business and career to new heights.

12 PM TO 1:30 PM

  • Optional lunch with facilitated implementation introductions for those who want to stay, box lunch for those who need to leave.
