Kim Crocker
Kim helps BIG’s clients analyze their sales and business operations to optimize top line growth and bottom line savings. She coaches executives, senior partners, supervisors, and associates to implement process and behavioral change to quickly transform and revitalize underperforming business units into cohesive, profitable teams.
Kim employs our trademarked GrowBIG® strategy and business development methodology to accomplish great results for our clients. Kim brings a diverse background in sales, marketing, operations, and product development to BIG’s consulting and coaching engagements. Over the past 15 years, Kim has worked in the aerospace, chemical, and technology fields, both in the US and Asia. During that time, she increased annual sales from $4M to $8M by implementing an innovative supply chain solution for an Asian airline, added $1.8 M in additional revenue by developing a new specialty product division at a leading chemical company, and led the design and marketing team for a technology company specializing in niche applications for the Apple iPhone and iTouch.
Kim holds a BA in Government from The University of Texas at Austin. She is also a certified ISO internal auditor and a Six Sigma Greenbelt. She lives in Atlanta with her husband and daughter. In addition to her passion for creating Raving Fans, she is passionate about competitive tennis and is currently working hard at becoming good doubles partner. Kim is also a weekend horseback rider whenever the chance arises.
