Glen consults in the areas of global human resources strategy, corporate restructuring and change, and talent management excellence. Glen is the Managing Partner of Camden Delta Consulting, which he founded in 2006. Prior to founding Camden Delta, Glen was a Principal with Hewitt Associates. He also has held senior HR executive positions in the healthcare, consumer goods and retail industries.

Glen’s expertise is centered on leading clients through corporate change events by developing organizational and human capital management strategies. Glen holds the SPHR designation and is a frequent speaker on such topics as HR in the 21st Century, Excelling in HR during Times of Change, and Creating Value through Effective Talent Management.

He takes particular interest in coaching and developing individual executive and emerging HR leaders as they confront the challenges and complexities of today’s changing world. He operates from the simple premise that at times HR leaders need an objective resource to consult with in order to better manage their own professional career development.

Glen received a M.S. degree in Human Resources Management & Development from Chapman University and a B.S. degree in Management/HR from Seton Hall University. He is an active member in the HR Planning Society, OD Network, the Human Capital Institute and the Society for Human Resource Management.

He serves as a Senior Faculty Member of the Human Capital Institute.

He is certified in Marshall Goldsmith’s Executive Coaching Methodology, Hogan Assessments and is a certified Human Capital Strategist through the Human Capital Institute. Glen is also a former U.S. Army officer.

Glen resides in a small community outside of Atlanta with his wife Barbara, three children Chris, Danny and Alexa and border collie, Bailey. When he is not attending a function for one of his children or coaching soccer for the YMCA, he enjoys all types of activities including hiking and camping, listening to music, reading and morning runs on the beach.
