Darla heads Finance and Operations for BIG. She is a business operations executive with a proven track record of creative problem-solving and business management in high growth, mission driven organizations.

Darla has entrepreneurial vision combined with financial and organizational strengths extraordinaire, which is the perfect combination for seeing what needs to be implemented now for great future success. She has a strong aptitude for creating processes and efficiencies to facilitate revenue growth, cost control, and increased profitability. Darla is aimed at quickly accelerating the pace by which BIG gets even bigger! She is responsible for creating and executing corporate strategy for finance and operations.

Darla has over twenty years experience in actuarial and business consulting, primarily for professional service firms and international non-profit organizations. She has a B.S. in Actuarial Science with a minor in Business Management from the University of Illinois, Champaign-Urbana. She is a member of Phi Mu Fraternity.

Darla lives in Johns Creek, Georgia with her husband Ken and their four beautiful children, Austin, Shane, Alexa and Gavin.
