Carolyn has over 20 years experience in leadership assessment and development. Additionally she works with nationally ranked business schools, teaching best practice leadership concepts and providing leadership assessment and coaching to executive participants. Carolyn is a Principal Consultant with Camden Delta Consulting, LLC.

Carolyn brings broad experience to her coaching practice, working with leaders at all levels in a wide range of private sector industries such as insurance, health care, financial services, manufacturing, logistics, and real estate as well as executives and middle managers in many public agencies and not-for-profit organizations. Some of her clients include Alabama Gas Corporation, Alabama Department of Transportation, Auburn University, Federal Home Loan Bank, Federal Express, Indiana University, Jefferson County Personnel Board, Legg Mason, Lincoln National Life, Tennessee Valley Authority, United Parcel Service and Wachovia.

She has considerable expertise in assessment design, having developed and/or validated dozens of leadership assessment tools including situational judgment tests, structured interviews, 360-degree feedback instruments, assessment centers, personality inventories, cognitive ability tests, and role play exercises.

In addition to consulting, Carolyn has authored or co-authored over 100 technical reports. Carolyn is coauthor of a management book entitled, “The Challenge of Front-Line Management: Flattened Organizations in the New Economy.”

Carolyn holds a BS in psychology from Auburn University and a Ph.D. in Industrial/Organizational Psychology from the University of Tennessee. She is a member of the Society for Industrial and Organizational Psychology and the American Psychological Association.

Carolyn lives in Atlanta with her husband, Jeff, and their three children David, Katherine, and Madeline. She enjoys being very involved in her children’s activities, and is an avid fan at all of their sporting events. In her free time, Carolyn loves spending time with friends and family, being outdoors, and going to the movies.
