Amy Lazarus

Amy has a wealth of experience in Customer Service, Operations, Integrations and Quality, primarily in the healthcare industry. At GE Healthcare, she was the General Manager of the $142M Americas Interventional Service business leading the team to world-class customer NPS (Net Promoter Score) ratings and a first place service category with IMV, an independent ratings agency.

At ArchPoint, Amy has primarily focused on leading strategic planning sessions with her clients.  She has also used her operations background to redesign a communications center, create and implement customer and employee surveys, oversee several business integrations and conduct a client due diligence for a potential acquisition.

Amy is a certified Six Sigma Master Blackbelt and has used Lean principles throughout her career. She is in the process of receiving her HBDI (Herrmann Brain Dominance Instrument) certification, which she has already used in a teamwork client engagement.

Amy received her MBA from the Kellogg School of Management at Northwestern University in 2000 and her Bachelors in Industrial Engineering from The Georgia Institute of Technology in 1990.

Amy is fluent in French, having lived in Paris for three years, and has her private pilot’s license.
